Courtney Walter serves as Senior Counselor in the Office of the Secretary. She worked at the U.S. Department of Labor in the first Trump Administration in various capacities, including as Senior Counsel in the Office of the Solicitor. Walter previously practiced law in the private sector, primarily focusing on litigation and labor and employment matters. She served a clerkship for the Honorable Ursula Ungaro in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Courtney Walter is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and Florida International University College of Law.
